Before you can even get to the door it opens - your mother and father come in with some shopping bags.

"Mum, Dad! You're home early!" you smile, hoping the blush you'd seen in your cheeks had disappeared already.
"Yes, actually, this is perfect, James and Leah are both at work tonight and there's something we've been meaning to talk about with you, isn't that right, dear?"your father says.
"Oh, honey, surely this can wait until she's finished with her university..." says your mother in a meek voice.
