Your girlfriend, Anna, was quite the looker. A girly, slightly bookish brunette, she was the perfect combination of cute and sexy, both fun to hang out with and a blast in the bedroom—or, at least, she had been, back when you two had first started seeing each other. Now, though, things had changed. She was definitely still attractive, and had her sweet moments, but most of the time when you two talked these days it was either right before she left for work or right after she got back: the two worst times of day to speak to her.

She worked as a secretary in some office complex, and she absolutely hated her job. The work was boring and monotonous, her boss was an asshole, and most of her coworkers were either catty bitches with bleach-blonde hair and fake smiles or arrogant assholes constantly trying to flirt with her. Worst of all, though, were the hours. Lately some big project had been keeping all of the management staff in office working late every day, which of course meant that she had to stay late too to do all of their grunt work for them. The extra work helped pay the bills, but didn't do either your relationship or her mood any favours.

Still fast asleep, dressed in a pair of plain white panties and an old t-shirt, she'd have another ten minutes or so of rest until you got out of the shower and woke her up. You both started work at the same time, but you had to commute a bit longer, so you always got into the bathroom before her. It was sort of pointless, the two of you usually ended up leaving at the same time anyway, but it was the habit you'd gotten into lately.

You sneak a delicate kiss on Anna's cheek before you ease yourself out of bed, leaving her to her last few minutes of sleep.
