You woke up after the surgery

When you woke up you were done with the surgery. Your body felt pretty different: your lips felt like they were stretched and your chest felt like it would explode any minute. After you could see clearly you looked down and saw two huge mounds on the blanket covering your body. You looked around and saw that you were alone in one of the hospital rooms, like the one you worked at.

"I see you are finally awake." Dr. Jackson said as she came in to check on you.

"Did everything work?" You asked with a sore, yet high voice.

"Everything went without any complications." Dr. Jackson said. "I removed the breast forms from your chest and inserted 1500cc implants. Then I inserted small implants into your lips and made your face look rounder. Last I worked on your voice box to give you a girls voice."

"That sounds good." You said pleased that everything worked. You hadn't told your mother and sister about the adjustment of your voice, so they would be surprised once they heard it.

What Dr. Jackson didn't told you was that she didn't worked much on your face. Through the hormones running through your body your face had already become quite feminine, only the lips needed the implants to get plump.

"What about my mother and sister?" You asked a little concerned.

"They are good." The doctor replied. "They are lying in the room adjacent and already wait to get released."

"Can I see them?" You asked wanting to see what had become of them.
