"So about CRA…" you begin.

"CRA?" Tsunade asked.

"Clan Restoration Act," you clarify.

"Clan Restoration Act?"

"Because other clans didn't really care". Tsunade then begin to explain that only clans that sought to preserve skills or bloodlines unique to them would be want such a law but even then, such clans will normally have their own methods of preserving their clans. "Besides, are you expecting the village to support your man-whore lifestyle?"

"But Sasuke…"

"Is missing, and even if he suddenly appear and magically gets integrated into the village, he would be expected to pay for the upkeep of rebuilding his own clan. But, I'm sure there are more than few people more than willing to self-sponsor themselves to become his wives," Tsunade said as she take a paper from Shizune. "Here's a list,"

You take a look. "Hey, few of these names sound like guys' name,"

Both woman shrug. Shizune then attempt to explain, "We have been asking about it but no one fit the bill,"

Tsunade says, "I honestly don’t expect to say this," she pauses to sigh, "but whatever everyone is doing in their private time are up to them. That includes you. So if harem is your thing, be my guest. Caveat applies of course."

"Being?”

"Doesn’t lead to war, causes altercation with other nations, incite civil war … you get my drift?"

You nod. "So, to put all things together, if I want to marry Shizune or anyone else or gets involved with them, it's okay as long as it will not cause problems."

Amidst a blushing Shizune, Tsunade says, "If you're not sure whether you'll cause problem or not, check with me, not Hatake or Jiraiya. And in case you get creative and the two plant some stupid idea in your head, let me tell you that marrying two or three heiress simultaneously would cause a lot of problem as well.

There is a forlorn look on Tsunade but it only last for a split second. "He's a stupid man. So don't let him be your role model. Marry someone you love. If not, marry your friend. Or if you really want Shizune, promise me to look after her."
