You try to pin her quickly

You don't go easy, quite the opposite. You use all your strength and try to end things quickly. You clearly take her off guard, however she's not going to lose that easily. She pushes back and reduces the advantage you had gained. She does well to hold you off. You're giving it all you've got, yet she manages to resist. You aren't worried about her forcing you back yet, but your starting to worry that your using up all your strength too soon. You glance up to her face, a contorted look of twisted pain. That's when it becomes clear that she's almost finished, with one last push she cracks and suddenly her resistance collapses as you pin her arm down with ease. You've won, but with such a low bet you only have 30 seconds to boss her around.
