You tell him

Tom twists your nipples harder, and you scream in pain. "All right!" you cry. "Please! I'll tell you! The girl at the restaurant! Nicole Rogers! She knows me too well! She'll find me!" He lets go of your nipples, and the pain begins to subside. You pant as you catch your breath.

"Oh, the blond girl who wondered where James was!" Tom exclaims. "Tell me where she lives, or I will hurt you again!" He starts to grab your nipples again.

"No! I'll tell you!" you quickly volunteer the answer. You tell him exactly where to find her. He paces around the exam table, deep in thought, then suddenly turns to you, and smiles. "I guess that just means you'll be having company soon." He pulls a vial out of a tray that's on the cart, along with a syringe. He fills the syringe, and sticks you in the neck with it. "Sweet dreams, Katherine" he says as he leans down to give you a kiss. There's nothing you can do to fight it. Whatever it is he shot you with it's fast acting. Everything around you fades to black as you slip away into a world of distorted nightmares and dreams. None of them make any sense.

You are suddenly jolted awake by the sound of two familiar voices. One is screaming, and the other is laughing sadistically. "Go ahead and scream as loud as you like! No one can hear you, except your naked friend over there on the table! And I don't mind them at all! Now do what I've told you to do, or you will get more!" Tom's voice says. You try to open your eyes, but you can't focus well enough to see what's going on. You can only guess Tom caught Nicole and brought her back to suffer the same fate as you.
