You still look the same...

"Well you look exactly the same," I start she mocks a gasp and hits my arm, "still the little goofball I remember." She squints at me again and makes a pouty face, "Well it seems your still the same meanie from back then." I pat her head and she sticks her tongue out at me, "Oh hush, you still love me." I say.

"Well, here we are." I say as we arrive at the school. She starts to look nervous so I poke her cheek, "Don't worry too much. It'll be fun." I say. She looks at me and smiles and I continue, "Here, take my number in case you need to text me."

The bell rings and we look at each other. She hugs me again, "I'll see you later?" she asks, "Of course." I say. She smiles and waves as she walks to her class.

Now it was time to face the future.
