The stairway down to the basement is open to the living room. Once down stairs there is a little lounge area with two doors going off to the rest of the semi-finished basement. Both doors are solid and have some soundproofing as does the ceiling in the basement. The house has been owned by several single men who have chopped it up for sub renting. Currently there are no renters.

The door to the left leads to two bedrooms with beds and a bathroom between them. Your uncle has one set up for photo shoots and the other is quite old. The one to the right a kitchenette, small family room with an old couch and a small bedroom (with no bed) and an attached bathroom with a tiny shower. The mini apartment has food and beer.
