You put on Hayley, Jessica becomes her sister

"Y'know... on second thoughts, maybe I should wear Katie." Jessica said.

"Because she's your sister, and it would be weird if I did?"

"And two," she continued, "I know her pretty well so it's better that at least one of us can pass as these dorks."

Couldn't argue with that logic. Despite her being your girlfriend's sister, you really didn't think you could pass as Katie. You couldn't pass as Hayley either, but you could always just let Jess take the lead as Katie.

With a sour look on her face, Jessica walked over to the pile that had just been Katie, and picked up her skin by the hair.

"This looks so creepy..." she remarked, motioning to the hollow face. As she lifted Katie higher, her clothes began slipping off. "Oh. Right."

Jessica began undressing, throwing her clothes onto her bed.

"Um... what are you doing? Not that I'm complaining..." you joked.

"I'm pretty sure you need to be naked for it to work."

You watched with fascination as Jess, now completely naked, fully untangled Katie's skin from her clothes. Then, she straightened it out, before finding what looked to be a large gap in the back.

"So I guess I just slip in here...?" She thought out loud, before gingerly slipping a leg inside the void of Katie's back. You could see the shape of her leg inside the skin, as she found the right leg to slip it into. As she did, you noticed a subtle difference in Katie's leg. It looked less like Jessica was wearing it and more like... well, her leg.

As she stepped in with both legs, you noticed the skin was holding itself in place at her waist. And it looked like it was just her below the waist - you couldn't tell she was wearing anything.

It only became more apparent as she put most of it on - only her head was left, and she was very obviously becoming Katie. The slight change in height, barely lighter skin tone, not to mention the obvious difference in chest size and shape. Then she slid her head into what had been Katie's, and you watched with amazement as the hole through which she'd put on the suit faded.

"That felt weird..." came Katie's voice. "Oh my God, I sound just like her!" Jessica said, looking and sounding exactly like Katie. "Go on, your turn!"

You gulped. Hearing about it was one thing, but now that you were actually about to put on another skin - and a girl's skin at that... you didn't want to think about it. And you didn't want to admit you were slightly turned on after watching your girlfriend turn into her sister.

Quickly undressing and throwing your clothes onto Jessica's, you went to the door to retrieve Hayley's skin. It felt just like real skin, except it was cold to the touch. By the time you had extracted it from the pile of clothes Hayley had been wearing, you noticed Jessica was already dressing herself.

You started much the same way as Jessica had. You slid one leg inside the back of Hayley's skin, finding her matching leg. It was very warm and comfortable inside, and you felt a slight tingle. You looked down to see one distinctly feminine leg, and stared in awe as you wiggled your toes, seeing the toes below you move.

The other leg followed suit, before you pulled the skin up to your waist. Without so much as a sound, you noticed your dick was suddenly just... not there. A panicked pat-down showed nothing but bare skin where your member had been only seconds ago... but there was something new under it.

"Is it done?" You ask, surprised at the voice that escapes your mouth. Your hands immediately rush to your neck. "Oh my God." Then, you look down. Perky boobs pointing off in front of you.
