You make a run for it!

You try to shake the cobwebs from your head. You're a knight dammit!

You can't take any more of this, you have to get out of here! You smack away one of the makeshift spears being pointed at you by the goblin bandits and let out a yell that you assure yourself is totally manly.

Your actions come as a total surprise to the goblins, especially their leader, who looks more than a little hurt at your decision to flagrantly reject her wantonly sexual advances.

Out of instinct, a few of the more cowardly goblins shrivel away from your imposing physical presence, cowering at the thought of some crazy, almost-naked man harming then. You take the opportunity presented and run like Hell away from your captors.

You're heart is pounding, the adrenaline is pumping, and you're so fixated on getting away that you tune out all distractions, including the sound of ripping fabric, and the shouts (crying?) of the goblins.
