You knock on the door

You knock on the door. After a few moments, you feel the presence of someone moving and standing in front of the door, probably peeking through the eyehole. Then the door opens, revealing the long haired single mother you've known since your first C-ranked mission in Wave.

Tsunami blinked. "Naruto? Naruto Uzumaki?" she utters in surprise.

"Tsunami, it's nice to see you again," you say, smiling softly.

Tsunami smiles back and in an unexpected move, hugs you. Fortunately, you quickly seize the initiative and hugs her back, prolonging it few seconds more than what is socially acceptable. She is one of your very first crush, so if she's not complaining being held, who are you to be a moral police.

Finally, you break the hug.

"You've gotten taller than before. Ah, where's my manner. Come in." Tsunami lead you into the house and into the living room. "Have a seat," she invites before she goes into the kitchen only to reappear with some tea and cakes on a tray. "Please, have some."

After eating a cake and take a sip of the tea, you ask, "So how's Tazuna? Up to something, lately?"

"Well, after the bridge's completion, he's been kept busy by other works. He had left for another work in another country early this morning, with Inari in tow as his new aperentice."

"Wow, Inari's going places, literally."

Tsunami giggle. "True."

"Ah, I wish I came here earlier, then I can ask him something."

"Sorry about that, but maybe I can help?"
