You kick at the thing underneath the water.

You kick hard in front of you, then to the side. You feel your leg connect with something smooth and hard, but definitely alive. It is surrounding you now, and with a quick movement it has your limbs pinned to your sides. You can feel the strength of the thing as it wraps around you, and soon some scaly mass has most of your body ensnared underneath the surface of the water. Your limbs are pinned, helpless, and you begin to struggle against your bonds. Suddenly, you hear something break the surface of the water behind you, and then feel hands placed on your shoulders.

“Ooh yes, look what I’ve caught today,” A feminine voice whispers in your ear. “What a delicious little treat.”

Her malicious tone, hissing with pleasure, alarms you. You fight harder against your bonds.

“Yes, squirm in my coils. It won’t do you any good. The poison is already working its way into your blood, stopping your muscles from resisting me.” The coils press harder against you as your strength fades. “I love to feel my prey wriggling against me as their strength slowly fades.”

As your bound limbs cease to respond, you feel yourself being turned round. “Now, I want to see the fear in your eyes.”
