You have an interesting question

You are looking for your next target to have fun with when an interesting question comes into your mind. You wonder how far your powers extend in terms of people, and in particular, if you can somehow affect dead people with your powers, or possibly bring them back to life.

It is an interesting question, as so far you haven't tried anything to do with someone who had died using your powers. A little test seems to be in the question, simply to see if you actually can do it. As such, you try to think of someone you know is dead to try it on. For simplicity's sake, you decide to not got for a historical figure and instead someone that you know. While you are thinking, the perfect target comes into mind.

You remember your grandmother had a close friend that died of old age a few years before you were born, who people said was very pretty when she was young. Digging in your memory, you remember that she was called Elsie Markovitch, and recall a photo your grandmother had with her that you had seen around the house as you grew up, focusing your powers on her.

You your surprise, you do find yourself reaching her, and see in your mind the several menus and sections that you've used before, but they are almost all locked. The one that isn't locked seems to only have on item, a switch labeled 'living or dead'. You guess the switch is what determines if they are alive or dead, and you quickly give it a test by flipping it.

Almost instantly all the other features are unlocked when you flip it. Quickly, you tack several years off her, give her some modern semi-sexy clothes, and teleport her to where you are, and to your surprise, a living woman arrives at the destination you designated, and she doesn’t look bad at all. It seems you powers do work to revive the dead, and when you do, you can affect them like you would any other human being with your powers.

The fact that you can revive the dead and even make them young again is huge, and gives you a whole new scope of your powers, as you could potentially affect anyone in human history, given you can get their name and focus on them, which shouldn't be too hard with your reality-changing powers.

She looks fairly good in the clothes you gave her, some shorts and a white shirt, with a necklace around her neck. Her breasts are also fairly large, but you can always make them larger if you wish. She seems to be momentarily dazed, but a moment later she looks around, a certain amount of confusion and worry in her eyes, clearly confused about her surroundings, her body and her clothing.

You realize that not only has the world advanced a fair bit since she died, but her last memories were probably in a very different place, in an old body and in very different clothes, as she died. She is probably very confused and scared, and you quickly get to work on her mind to calm her down, deciding the best solution is to give her a new life and adapt her to the modern world.

You edit her memories to give her a new life in the modern world, giving her knowledge of things like technology and world events, letting keep some of her past life as faint, distant memories so to not completely delete who she used to be before you revived her. Just to make thing easier you will make memories of her parents muddled, since it is less effort than creating two whole new people out of thin air and adding them to society.

You decide that she will be living with you in your apartment, as you feel that since you brought her back to life, she is your responsibility, and you would feel guilty just leaving her on the street. As such, you enlarge your apartment again, giving Elsie a room, and giving her memories of living with you for some time. With the important changes to her mind done, you approach her.

"Hey, Elsie, what are you doing here?", you greet her, and she quickly turns to face you, a smile in her face.

"Oh, hey, Jacob. I was just going to do some shopping", she replies, and it seems the changes have worked. With that done, you could have some fun with her, or just go look for another target and have fun with her later. After all, she now lives with you, and she is fairly hot.
