You have a sudden panic attack

Realizing exactly what your actions have lead to, you suddenly have a panic attack. Before you met Charles you hadn't actually been dating Kara for several months. You parted ways after you graduated and moved away. She was a year younger and you both couldn't handle the long distance thing, but that doesn't mean that you don't still love her. Just hearing her voice coming through your roommate's doorway set you off.

"I can't do this. I can't do this! Charles, helps me out here!"

"Uhh are you ok John?" your roommate Steve asks with a concerned voice. He has a look of confusion on his face.

"No, I'm not alright, I need to wake up now from this terrible nightmare.... I mean... how could you? With Kara? She's my girlfriend!"

"Dude, you banged at least 4 Asian chicks yesterday and Kara was there to help, what's the big deal?" At this point your roommate is beginning to think you may be pulling his leg.

"No. Nope. Can't deal with this. I'm out"

Suddenly your phone rings. The caller ID says "Mr. Charles. This is it," you think to yourself "He's going to reverse it!"

Picking up the phone you hear the voice of the strange man you met not too long ago in that dream state. Everyone around you has seemingly froze as well.

"Hey there John. Doc thought this might happen. He made some comment about your anxiety issues or personal attachment issues or something. You didn't really think about how everyone was going to have access to your girlfriend.... or should I say ex-girlfriend... did you ?"

"Well... uhh... no I guess I didn't."

You're not sure what to say honestly. You've been given this gift and you fucked it up already with your stupid mental issues.

"Tell you what John, I'll cut you a deal. You still want the semen thing right? Asian women too? How about we switch that one rule of your world where everyone could use Asian women, to just you being able to have sex with Asian women as you please? I'm warning you though, this is your last chance. If you have regrets this time, you're shit out of luck."
