You got the implants

It was Friday evening, nearly an hour after your work at the agency had ended. Like a few days ago you entered the visitor's entrance of Chrisopher's Hospital. You spotted head nurse Kelly Adams right away. She looked as beautiful as the last time, but you weren't there for eyeing her. She noticed you and gave you a smile as you approached her. "I see you have decided to come." You blushed a little thinking that she knew why you were there. "Please come with me." Once more you followed the busty nurse through the corridors until you reached the surgery-area. There she showed you into a room. "Nurse Chen will help you with getting ready." In the room an Asian nurse dressed in a Chinese-dress like uniform was waiting for you. She greeted you with her thick Chinese accent and smiled at you. "I'll be leaving then. Good luck, and maybe we will see each other again." Head nurse Kelly Adams left the room.

Nurse Chen told you to undress behind a screen and put on the surgery clothes. It was just a pair of white shorts. After that you had to lie down on a rollable bed. A hairnet was put on your head and a tube was injected into your arm. Then the bed was wheeled out of the room into the adjacent one. There a woman wearing full surgical clothes with a hairnet, surgical mask and gloves was standing. Her huge breasts showed through the scrub.

"It's good to see you, Alex." The woman greeted you, due to her voice you recognized her as Dr. Moore. "Did you tell anybody what you are doing?"

"No, I told my parents I would spent the weekend with a friend." You responded.

"Good, then you could surprise everyone on Monday with the expandable bust you will have then." Even under the mask you could see that she was smiling.

"Just to make sure: With the implants I can change from flat-chested into busty and vice verse whenever I want?" You asked to make sure.

Dr. Moore looked down your body, then back at your face and smiled some more. "Sure. That's the trick." She knew full well that you were not going to get flat-chested again, but not due to the implants. You had grown A-cup breasts and by the growth rate it would little time until you were a natural B-cup or even bigger. Also once your skin had stretched due to you expanding the implants again and again, it too would create the image of breasts even when deflated, thought pretty sure they would look like sagging breasts. "Ok. Nurse Chen will give you your anesthesia. Once you sleep, we will begin with the surgery. When you wake up, everything will be done." The nurse put a mask on your face. You started counting, but you didn't even reached ten before you fell asleep.
