You go up to your sister's room

"I'm sorry you had to see that, I have not been feeling myself lately. It's true, mom and I flirt sometimes when you are not around."

"Tomorrow is my special day John. Why do you have to ruin it by doing that with mom?"

"Look, as I said, I'm not feeling myself, I barely recognized you when we were in the park. I promise I'll make it up to you."

As you say these words, you realize that you have something in your pocket that you wanted to give your sister.

"I only turn eighteen once, John. I want it to be special. If you are going to do those dirty things with moms mouth, keep it to yourself. Tomorrow morning I'll be eighteen and I can do what I want. Tomorrow night I'm going out to a club. And I don't care if you know John but I am going to lose my virginity."

You smile, but she remains serious.

Her tone is almost pleading, "This is a big deal for me John, ever since daddy died I don't know what to do with myself. He was going to take care of me, and now I have no one."

"I'm here for you Conny"

"No you're not, you're always away at college, and when you're back you can't take anything seriously. Mommy doesn't care, she'll do anything for you. Ugh, I can't believe you were doing that."

She's truly beautiful, sitting there in her stiletto heels, short skirt and little crop top sweater. Begging for your attention, without apparently knowing it.

"Let me take you out for dinner tomorrow night, you me and mom."

"Yeah Conny, let's just celebrate and have a nice evening together."

"Ok, but then I'm going clubbing."

"Remember, this is a special occasion," you say, with a twinkle in your eye, "why not wear something special"

You take out the small box in your pocket and give it to her.
