You getting expander implants

Dr. Moore took something out of her desk and put it on it. It looked like a small see-through plastic bag with a small black thing attached to it. "Have you heard of expander implants?" She asked you.

"No." You replied.

"Ok, then the whole explanation." She took a pencil and pointed at the bag. "This is called an expander. It's like a closed bag, that can be filled through this valve with liquid, saline to be exact." She pointed on the small black thing. "The expander is made out of a very stretchable material, which will keep it in shape, but allows it to get bigger." Dr. Moore took a big syringe and filled it with some clear liquid from a bottle.

Then she stood up and walked around the desk to your side. Her penis was still fully erect and swung around. "If you would please stand up and take off your shirt?" Surprised you looked at her. She picked the expander up and hold it on your chest, signaling you to hold it. "Then I'll lay a small tube from the valve to the cut, where I'll add a second valve, which gets sewed into the suture. That way it won't stand out, but will allow you to use a syringe like this one to inflate and deflate the expander however you like." She took the syringe, put the nozzle into the valve of the expander and injected the content into it. You could feel how it expanded in your hand, which was quite the strange feeling.

Dr. Moore returned to her chair and sat down. "What do you think? Is that a solution?" You didn't responded because you were overwhelmed. "You can think about it. The surgery is scheduled for Friday evening. You can come here, if you have decided for it. If not, you can just stay away. Everything is already paid for, so the hospital doesn't care if you do it or not."

A short time later you left the hospital.
