You freeze.

Your mind blanks and you don't react in time. The monster grabs the officer and sinks his teeth into her neck. She screams and blood sprays everywhere.

Finally you come to again and you deftly remove the gun from the officers holster, a 9mm Glock. You point the gun at the monsters gun and pull the trigger.

Both the officer and what used to be a man fell to the ground. The cop was gasping for air, but it was useless. She was losing too much blood too fast. You put your hands on her shoulders in hopes to comfort her during her final moments.

It wasn't long before she passed. You stand and walk over to the police cruiser and grab the radio.

"Hello? Anyone there? Can anyone help? I've got an officer down. Some...thing attacked her- she didn't make it. Hello?"
