You don't hug her back

The woman doesn't realize until she backs up and her smile disappears. She asks "Alex are you ok?". You tell her that you don't know who she is or where they are she seems shocked at what you said. "We have to get you to a hospital" she looks around "if there is someone around to tell us where it is". You remember someone going into the pharmacy maybe they have medical training.
