You don't. Bianca saves you.

You can't let Bianca save you from Craig. Not again. Not today. Your brain whirls as you struggle to find a way out of this. You can feel time slipping away from you. You need something but your brain freezes, like a deer staring down a truck.

Then you hear Bianca's voice. Shame fills you as you slowly deflate into yourself. She has come to your rescue again. Like a hero from a fairy tale rescuing the damsel in distress from the villainous monster. But everything is around the wrong way. You should be rescuing her. But you can't. You don't know how to. You don't even know how to rescue yourself. How could you be expected to rescue someone else?

Words filter into your brain through the depressed fog. "Craig, let him go. Stop being a prick."

"Why?"

"Because he doesn't deserve this. No one does. I'm sick of you tormenting Troy so this is it. Stop bullying him or I'll stop you."

You can hear Craig snort. "Fine. On one condition?"

The hesitation in Bianca's voice is obvious. "...What is it..?"

"You go out for a drink with me, when I want."

Your heart drops to the ground as you hear Bianca answer. "Fine."

That feeling pales in comparison though to the horror when you hear the triumph in Craig's crowing voice. "Good then. Bianca, we're going out for a drink tonight! See you later, " He turns to you, "It's been fun Troy."

As Troy struts back to his desk you look up to see Bianca looking at you, her eyes filled with sorrow. "I'm sorry, I had to" she whispers before sitting back down. You stay standing for a moment before you slump back into your chair, the life knocked from you.
