Out of instinct, a few of the more cowardly goblins shrivel away from your imposing physical presence, cowering at the thought of some crazy, almost-naked human harming then. You take the opportunity presented and run like Hell away from your captors.

You're heart is pounding, the adrenaline is pumping, and you're so fixated on getting away that you tune out all distractions... which is partly why you failed to see that log sticking out of the ground and promptly trip over it, tumbling down into a very prickly ravine.
