You catch your breath.

Finally, Voshna separates herself from you. You find yourself amazed at how fast she is able to return to a fully-upright position, as you are having trouble either gaining or releasing air. Finally, you decide this might be achieved easier if you were standing, and so return your feet to the floor. As you stand briefly, you notice Voshna gathering up the material she came in, recovering herself with it.

Once you are able to speak again, you address her.

"Voshna?!" you ask her. "Was that...? Was that all you wanted from me?!"

"Yes," she replies. "...For today."

She looks ready to leave, so you rush as best you can to block the exit.

"What..." you ask her. "What do you mean, 'For today'?"

"Isn't it obvious?!" she asks you. "As I said earlier, I want to be carrying your child! We cannot be sure that result will have been obtained with only one relationship. So I shall come again another day. We shall continue having semi-regular meetings at previously-agreed-upon locations, until we are sure I am pregnant with your offspring. When that has been met, you shall meet my parents, who will then be informed why I must be promised to you, instead of the man they have chosen!"
