You bet he does!

"I have plenty of questions!" Exclaims Ash, "First off, why was Daisy underneath you desk? Second, what kind of pokeballs did you give me, and why do they catch people?"

"Ah, so you must have already caught someone, might I ask who? Implored the Professor. As if in cue, Mrs. Ketchum bolts in and tackles her son in a hug.

"Ash I'm so glad your ok! I thought I lost you and I wouldn't see you again! I'm so sorry!" she sobs into Ash's chest as Ash lies there, very much unsure of what he should do next.

"Well that answers that question, doesn't it?" Professor Oak laughs as he watches Ash try to calm his mother down.

"Mom, it's ok, you didn't lose me, I'm right here. So if you could let me get up, I would appreciate it." Ash says as he tries to comfort his mother. Finally, Mrs. Ketchum get up and helps her son to his feet.

"Well to answer your first question Ash, I'm pretty sure you know what Daisy was doing underneath my desk. As for you second question, a little more detail will be required. You see, one day I was working on making a new type of pokeball, one that would make a Pokemon of any level follow its trainer's commands, regardless of how strong the trainer was. Daisy came in to help after I had created the first prototype and pushed the heart in the center of the pokeball. I couldn't believe my eyes when she was transported into the pokeball! When I released her from the pokeball, I immediately saw that the main goal of my experiments were a success; obedience. Daisy will do anything I say now and will love doing it. This was one of the side affects I found after observing Daisy, that the person caught will love to do anything, as long as its you telling them to do it. You just witnessed another one of the side affects with your mother here. She wil be very much attached to you, and will not want to leave your side." Explains the Professor. "After I figured all of this out, I needed someone to test out the improved pokeball. With all of the adventures you've been on, I thought you would be the perfect candidate!"
