The button on the top of the device lights up in a reddish color. The doctor smiles at you and announces, "Yes, Rowan. We can confirm that you are an Alpha."
So many thoughts fill your head at the new revelation and your not really sure where to start. You weakly manage to ask the doctor, "What does this mean then, doctor? What do I need to do?"
"Don't worry about anything. In fact, you should be proud and excited. You're an Alpha," reassured the doctor as he cleaned up the used tube and put it back into the test kit, "For now, I'm going to prescribe you a medicine to help you manage your ruts. I suggest that you read up on Alphas a bit from the pamphlets I've shared and you can ask me any questions you may have after. Also, you could also speak to Khayone, your pack's leader for advise. He, too, is an Alpha."
After getting your medicine from the doctor, you are quickly cleared from the hospital with an appointment to visit the doctor again in a week's time. You make your way home, a pamphlet in your hand and lots of questions in your mind.
