You're not ready to settle down with one girl

Crystal is pretty much perfect. She's hot as hell, she gives an awesome blowjob, she's a programmer, like you, so you'll have things to talk about, and she's got a fantastic sense of humor. If you were ready to settle down with just one girl, she would be a great catch. But... you have to be honest with yourself. First, this is absolutely the wrong time to be thinking about anything long-term with both of you unemployed and with some mysterious conspiracy coming after you, and second, you haven't really decided if settling down with just one girl fits with your long term plans. "I think 'girlfriends' is a bit of a stretch, variable-casting-wise," you say. "They're involved because they think they can use me for their dissertations... and because I've promised to figure out a way to make them some money. Fortunately, Berkeley pays its research assistants so little, they don't demand a whole lot of money."

You kiss her. "If you're worried I'm going to run off with them, you can stop. You're stuck with me."

While Crystal takes her shower, you raid her refrigerator, put together some fresh fruit and granola, and then take your own shower. You've never understood why it takes so long for girls to shower in the morning but, considering how great they look when they're done, you're not going to complain.

The two of you share geek moments talking about favorite Dr. Who episodes while you eat, then you get on the phone with Mara, Anna and Stacy inviting them to meet you and Crystal at a little Chinese restaurant down the street from Crystal's apartment.

You have a couple of hours before the meeting, so you head to the library.
