You're in what seems to be a hospital room.

You look around the room... Or at least what you can see of it. There seems to be a curtain half pulled around your bed. There are some mostly opened vertical blinds on your window. However, they are turned away from you so you cannot glimpse much more than the bright sunlight coming in from the outside.

You are in a hospital bed. There are restraints around your wrists keeping you tied to the bed but your legs seem to be free. You have on a hospital gown and underwear. There is an I.V. in your arm but it appears empty and the drip machine looks like it has been turned off. That strikes you as... odd.

You cant quite tell whether the smell is coming from your soiled linen or if there is something else causing you to almost vomit. You are sure that being soiled doesn't help though.
