Ruby began to look up, if only to humor Nora and show that the spray was a scam. To her shock however, she saw (or didn’t see) that Nora had vanished. She looked all around the room, almost ready to believe that it had really worked, till she spotted a lump behind the curtain to the window.

“Come on Nora, hiding to make me think you really turned invisible is pretty childish” Ruby stood up and walked to the window. She tore the curtain back, revealing a pillow that had been set on the frame. “What thAAAHH” she shouted as Nora grabbed her, spinning Ruby around to reveal empty space.

“GOTCHA! Haha, I told you this stuff worked. Isn’t this the greatest.” Nora said.

“You mean you’re actually invisible right here in front of me?” Ruby asked, beginning to believe that Nora had stumbled across the greatest prank item ever invented.

“Yep, here check this out” Nora said, before reaching out and booping Ruby on the nose. “Isn’t this amazing? With this we can prank anybody and always get away with it. Even the professors” If Ruby could see Nora, she’d see that she was sporting an enormous grin, holding both hands in fists front of her chest. Ruby stood silent for a moment, utterly baffled by what she had just learned.

“This. Is. AMAZING!! We have to get to work right now” Ruby shouted, jumping up and down in excitement. She picked up the can ready to join her invisible friend, when Nora interrupted her.

“Wait wait wait. You can’t spray yourself yet” Nora said.

“But why not? The sooner I’m invisible the better.”

“And I couldn’t agree more. So get naked.”

Ruby stood still a moment.

“What?”

“Get naked. It says it stains clothes, so you have gotta get naked if you want to use it properly.”

“Couldn’t I just keep my clothes on, I’ve got spare unifor-”

“Nope.” Nora crossed her arms in front of herself, not that Ruby knew that.

"But really I don't mind its just one outfit-"

"Ruby either strip naked right now or I’m gonna rip those clothes off myself!"
