'One moment you were just as scrawny and nerdy as we were, and now you are buff and handsome as fuck?' James said. 'How did you do that?'

'I can explain, but you won't believe me,' Richard said.

Richard sighed, and decided the best thing was for him to tell the truth. They deserved it, and besides, they should at least get a piece of the action. 'Alright then. It happened suddenly last night...' He continued to tell them the whole story of his sudden powers, and how he had abused them in the last couple of hours. 'Why would I do that?' Richard said. 'Besides, how could I have possibly changed so much physically within ten minutes?'

Richard nodded. 'What would you want changed?'

They looked at each other, then back at Richard and started explaining all the things they wanted to change about themselves.
