Yes. By screams and blaster fire!

Before you can go further, you are both startled by the sound of screaming passengers and blaster fire. You jump up and go to the door to try to hear what's going on out in the corridor. In addition to passenger screams, you can also hear groups of people laughing raucously and cruelly. Everything that's happened can only lead you to one conclusion.

"Pirates," you whisper.

Aiko gasps, obviously hearing your conclusion. You turn and you can see how pale she's become with her hand over her mouth and wide-eyed with fear. You quickly move to her and take her in your arms.

"It's going to be okay," you tell her, trying to sound confident. "We just need to stay calm and use our heads." She looks up at you and nods, her fear dissipating.

You look around your suite for someplace safe to hide.

"Let's get into the shower stall. They might not think to look in there."

You quickly, but quietly move to the bathroom and take refuge in the shower stall. Just as you close the door a loud bang comes from the main room and you hear rough voices indicating unwanted visitors.

"Ain't nobody in here," one of the voices state.

"Cap'n says to check for anything worth sellin'," another voice answers.

You've had your suspicions, and this confirms them. The ship has been boarded by pirates!
