“Alexa, knock it off,” Helen said. “Okay, yeah, let’s get the medicine in you.”

Alexa cried as she was pulled out of her stroller, but to her surprise her diaper began to sag and darken. Alexa didn’t even realize she needed to go as she peed in her diaper. The diaper crinkled loud making it obvious what she was doing. “Uh oh,” Rosaline said as she smiled. “It looks like someone needs a change anyways. It’s good to not waste diapers anyways. This’ll be the perfect time to give her her medicine now.”

Alexa cried as she was laid down on her back, in perfect view of those walking by the store as her mother undid her diaper and pulled it down, the crinkles not being subtle at all as Helen pulled out the wipes and cleaned Alexa. Helen then took two suppositories out and inserted them inside. Alexa whimpered knowing at some random point she would have an uncontrollable bowel movement. She could only hope they weren’t in public when that happened.

Alexa blushed as her mom replaced her soaked diaper with a fresh pink Disney Princess diaper and baby powder. Then Helen slipped the Disney Princess skirt and shirt on Alexa, and her Disney princess diapers were completely visible underneath the skirt adding to Alexa’s embarrassment. Alexa was then put back in the stroller as Helen pushed her along.
