Chapter 2
by soulfeaster
Can he surpress his feelings?
Yes, but only barely
It took him almost all his willpower, but after a few minutes Barry managed to calm himself down enough to take a closer look at his surroundings. Although he saw the same gory scene like before, now he noticed that the blood was running down his back and legs. Blinking he looked down and realized that he was standing here in the middle of winter, completely naked.
Just as he was trying to figure out how he had gotten into this scene he noticed another scent, it was the faint scent of a rose that hung in the air. It did nt really fit into the stinking mixture of blood and oil that clung to the air in this alley. Then he heared laughter from behind him, it was a clear and warm laughter and it was a woman who was laughing.
Within a flash, Barry had spun around and raised his Fists towards the obvious psychopath that must have been standing behind him, for who else would laugh at this scene?
At the entrance to the alley stood a beautiful ravenhaired woman with catlike green eyes. With her black high heels she stood just shy of six feet tall, her perfect b cup breasts were bareley covered by a crimson coloured silken blouse that was halfway unbuttoned, clearly showing that she was not wearing a bra. The pair of tight black trousers that she was wearing clung to her athletic yet verry womanly curves. Barry noticed that her long hair, that reached allmost to her hips, was glowing slightly blueish in the light of the moon. He also noticed that her eyes showed amusement as he entered a fighting position and her thin lips turned ino a seductive smile as he stood there stunned.
Somehow she managed to appear both chaste and slutty as well as both untouchable and seductive to Barry. And allthough he could not stop drinking in her beauty, all that his heart felt was relief and trust as his arms moved to his sides, he did not want to fight her.
As she opened her mouth and started speaking every word, every syllable became a note and her message a song for him.
“Well done,
Handsome.
You almost took your last breath,
And journeyed to the lands of ****.
Yet now as always you have prevailed,
You live where so many failed.
Follow me Child of the Moon,
Or **** will come for you soon.”
Does he trust her?
