Immediately, all activity in Spooner Street came to a stop; everywhere Brian and Stewie looked, someone or something was frozen in the middle of something! Across the street, some girls playing jumprope had frozen mid play, the jumper actually floating in the air like a person shaped ballon. Below the window, Lois had frozen as she headed for the mailbox,her eyes on her watch and Peter had frozen as he chucked a water balloon at Meg, who'd frozen as she bent down to tie her shoe.

"Holy crap, Stewie, it actually works!" Brian was practically elated but suddenly became solemn "We should be totally mature, responsible and use this for the benefit of Humanity...by which I mean, use it to get absolutely smashed and bang every chick in Quahog.."

But Stewie wasn't so eager "Normally, Bri, I'd love to join you in an ecstasy filled wave of humiliating and defiling the good people of Quahog but I haven't fully tested the device. I'd hate for it to malfunction whilst time was still frozen. If you could just hold out for a few days until it's fully tested, then I'd be more than happy to loan it to you."
