Yeah sure, why not?

You search the island. The slipstreams all disappeared. You don’t know what caused this change, but it sure as hell is making you tired from all the running. Especially with the coat and the mask you’re wearing.

You eventually cool off when you reach the snowy section of the island. It always amazes you how the moment you cross over to that side, you’re immediately cool. Not to cold. Just...cool.

You go to frosty flights, where you know she has a home set up. ‘Damn’, you think to yourself. ‘She still hasn’t moved out of this cold Tin can?’

Lynx opens the door. “Hi Drift! Haven’t seen you in a while!”

you start your answer, but you see she’s wearing a tank top that’s a little bit to small for her, her boobs coming out of the arm holes.

“Uh- hey! Um, so... I came here because some strange stuff is happening around the island.”

Lynx looks at you, but she doesn’t seem very concerned.

“Well, what kind a strange? There’s strange Stuff happening on the island all the time, like, where did that volcano even come from? We go to sleep and BAM, it’s just there.”

You try to avert your eyes from her very revealing shirt, hoping she didn’t catch you looking. “Well this is different. You know dusty divot?”

She looks at you strangely. “Yeah, that’s where they got the dinner with the good coffe-“

Lynx looks past you and sees the meteor from season 4 suspended in mid air.

“What the HELL?!” You back off, slightly afraid at her reaction.

“Where did THAT come from?” She shouts at you.

“Woah, woah, calm down ok? All I know is that the zero point thing at loot lake exploded”

Lynx calms down, but she still looks angry. “As the head scientist in the research side of the island, how did I not notice the orb becoming unstable, and how come no one mentioned to me!”

She pouts in a way that you never saw before. It was kinda cute. You were suddenly aware that you’re staring at her.

“So...do you want to come in or are you gonna stand there like a zombie?”
