YO-YO

That is right the artifact you found was a strange glowing plastic yo-yo. It may look childish but it turns out the yo-yo has some interesting powers. For one thing the string is indistructable, able to changes length, and can also cut through anything. Another thing is the yo-yo may look and feel like plastic but is actually a strong dense, object of unquestionable durability. It also looks completely innocent to have with you plus sense you have for the longest time been using yo-yos so no one questions it. You do your part and try and stop the occasional thief or robber but never really thought about become a mainstream hero so you don't have a cool name or proper hero 'street cred' like some of those other guys out there.
