What should you say?
Wrong number.
"Sorry! I got the wrong phone number." You say in response, with the hope that you can re-call her back.
Ash doesn't hang up right away. "Oh, okay. For a second I thought you were someone I knew... but- anyways have a good one." Ash replies, quickly hanging up the phone.
You feel guilty as you realize that there was a sound of sorrow in her voice. Maybe you should have just told the truth the first time?
You think about your next answer and pick up the phone, dialing her number again. You wait for what seems like hours, hoping that she will answer.
She doesn't.
