Objective Status: The Adder auction ended in chaos when the auction's leader, the Serpentine Sportsman, unveiled a plan to control everyone there with a new genetic bio-weapon called Bound Blood 1000, implanted in the festivity's drinks. Ciao was exposed to Bound Blood, but managed to avoid receiving any orders from Adder. It is believed that high-ranking Adder officials will be able to control anyone who injects or ingests the concoction. Science operative Doctor Nora Goldstein has been extracted from her placement as an undercover agent within Adder and is now undergoing a mental evaluation in Europe. Pending the success of that evaluation, she will be immediately reassigned to develop an antidote for Bound Blood. {if Serpentine Sportsman Killed = 1}Serpentine Swordsman was confirmed dead on site.{endif}{if Serpentine Sportsman Lived = 1}Serpentine Swordsman escaped the auction.{endif} We can only assume more Bound Blood was stored on an offsite Adder location. This substance should be considered a high-level threat not only to CEDIT agents, but to all people and nations going forward.

Ciao's Confidential Report to Goodbye: "The secretive nature of my allies along with the chaotic conditions of the mission made it a bit difficult to interrogate my allies during this mission, but I've come up with a lead. {if Tschau's History = 1} Dr. Goldstein clued me in to Tschau's past... apparently she was involved with that CEDIT Russia case years ago. All signs point towards the presence of some rather significant cybernetic enhancements.
