Worst Enemy

Jamie Fairbanks was the most popular girl in school. She was dating the class president, captain of the cheer squad, and was in the running for valedictorian come graduation in a few months. Ever since Beth joined the team, Jamie made it her mission to make her life difficult. She was the one to set up before and clean up after each of their meetings, Jamie often made fun of or belittled her during practice and games. Up until now, Jamie only verbally tore her down. What she was doing in her home was a mystery to her.

"Mom, what is SHE doing here?" Beth asked.

"Oh, she wanted to talk about new happenings and options for you in the cheer squad. She volunteered to drive you to school so you had time to go over it." Her mom explained.

"Cute outfit, Beth. Is it new?" Jamie smiled her fake smile.

"That IS an interesting outfit Beth." Her mom said, raising an eyebrow.

"Yeah mom. What do you think?" Beth asked, posing.

SNAP

Beth was too distracted making her mom look at her barely there outfit to see Jamie snap a photo of her until it was too late.

"I'm sure the rest of the squad would LOVE to see this outfit of yours!" Jamie said, going into her phone.

"Mom, make her stop!" Beth pleased. She didn't want a photo of her neatly naked body circulating.

"What, is there something wrong with your outfit that you're not telling me? I think it's fine. If you want to go to school wearing it, go ahead." Her mom called her bluff.

It was a game if chicken, Beth and her mom trying to see who would blink first. If Beth changed, she would let everyone Mon know that this was ask a ruse. If her mom backed down, then she would have to buy Beth a new wardrobe as well as bras.

However, with Jamie in the mix, and now with a lucrative photo of Beth, things could still go either way...
