World wide modifications

After all you have ultimate power now bestowed on you during the crash, as you remember, on that day you remember the dream you had in which you were told of these powers. As you were flung from the wreckage of a car your parents were still in you were knocked out, and saw a sudden white light. From the white light a voice commanded

"Steve, I bestow the powers of your father and fore fathers before him upon you! The power to control all and everything. The only limitations to your power are you cannot destroy the world or living beings"

and in a flash the light was gone and you woke up in hospital. So with that said why should you not bend the world to the way you want it, the new world would be at your feet. You can do anything you want think of the possibilities, you could end war, cure disease or make the world into your very own sex kingdom.
