Everyone was confused when that law passed. The lawmakers claimed that it was to prepare for some new invention. One that would turn pee into drinkable water. That it'd also encourage more women to drink water so there pee is clear and healthy.

Everyone doubted those were the actual reasons. They just assumed the lawmakers were perverts with some kind of watersports fetish. That or they just loved the thought of degrading Women by making it so they could only pee infront of guys.
