"It records everything, Erin," you tell her as you try and calm her down, "I'm a very powerful man around this town, and it's really just for precautionary reasons."

"Destroy that tape if you ever want to see me again," she tells you, still trying to gain some control over the situation.

"Relax baby," you tell her as you brush her hair out of her face and look her in the eyes, "the last thing I want to do is lose you as a client. I hope we can reach some sort of understanding about this."

"I think we both need some time apart after what just happened," she tells you, finally seeming to gain some trust in you, "I've got to go do a bunch of stuff at Fox. When I get a break in my schedule, do you want to go grab some lunch tomorrow?"

"Consider it a way for us to get to know each other," you tell her, clearing room in your own schedule to make some time for her, "just let me know how long you think you'll have."

"You know John, you're really not such a bad guy after all," she tells you as she leaves your office, finally settling down after her earlier outburst, "and honestly, I'm looking forward to seeing you again."
