Why not both

After a while, the girls seemed satisfied with their tans, so they moved from the towels, over to the patio chairs. Darla, Robin and Melissa were preoccupied with Sam, no doubt fishing for information about his "sister", which he was more than happy to provide. As a consequence, Kyle was conversing with Eli and Liam, both very interested in the new girl in the neighborhood. Kyle kept trying to find an opportunity to grab Sam and run, but it never presented itself.

"So, Bambi, Sam was telling us that this is your first visit to this part of the country, right?" Liam asked.

"Yeah." Kyle replied. "For both of us."

"Cool." Eli said. "Enjoying it so far?"

"Well, it's only been a day and it takes some getting used to. Especially with Uncle Mark's house." Kyle replied.

"MARCI, right?" Liam asked. "She hounds Amy and Sami all the time. It was funny, a few years back Mark and Mrs. Gladstone went away for a week and programmed MARCI to stop all their activity if it looked like they were gonna throw a wild party."

"Yeah, I've been having trouble with it. Sam tried to fix it, but I think he made it worse." Kyle said.

"I'd never try to touch anything Gladstone until I get a Masters in IT." Eli laughed.

"Was the new TV all it was cracked up to be?" Kyle asked, hoping to shift the conversation off of himself.

"It was amazing!" Eli exclaimed.

"Do you play?" Liam asked.

"Like for sure I love video games!" Said Kyle

"Wanna go a few rounds?" Liam asked.

"I'd love to!" Kyle replied, happy to get out of the girl zone and into a game.

"Come on." Eli said and got up, walking back towards the house.

Liam followed Eli and Kyle eagerly followed the two boys into the house.

They sat down and started to play. Kyle was having fun, but his newly lengthened nails were taking some getting used to with the joysticks on the controller and his nails kept hitting the wrong buttons. Eli seemed to notice his trouble and reached over.

"Need help?" he asked.

"I'm just a little out of practice." Kyle replied.

"Lemme help you. The girls usually use their fingers like this." Eli said, positioning Kyle's fingers onto the controller a certain way. He seemed to linger more than he had to, but Kyle was quickly distracted by the game. "Usually helps them."

"Like, thanks so much." Kyle smiled.

"No prob." Eli smiled back.

Kyle started trying to play again but he just couldn't get the hang of his new nails, he was playing worse than he ever had. At the end of the round he was in last place by a mile. He went to try and smack talk before the next round. But what came out made him cringe.

"That's totes not fair I'm like super good at my games! This one is like super hard. You boys are like totes awesome at it though. Said Kyle.

Eli looked at Bambi, it was clear to him now that this girl knew nothing about video games. That must mean she really just wanted to spend some time with them away from the other girls.

As the next round started Eli started trying to give Bambi some pointers trying to help her while trying to keep it simple and not overwhelm the poor girl. While they played Eli scooted a little closer on the couch, witch Kyle didn't even notice as he was distracted by losing yet again. As the second round ended Eli decided it was time to change topics and find out a little more about Bambi.

"So Bambi do you usually play video games with your boyfriend back home?" Eli ask.

Kyle was shocked. Boyfriend! He was strait as they come. He started to let Eli know that when suddenly the translator took over again. "No silly I don't have a boyfriend. I have to play all by myself... and the games can be so hard for a girl like me... it would be nice if I had big strong man to play with. You know really show me how its done." Kyle said blushing deeper with each word.

Eli gulped. Had she really just said that. Maybe he was reading what he wanted into it. She seemed so innocent. But despite how she ment that Eli now knew one thing for sure, this girl was hot and single and that was definitely what he wanted to hear.

Just then, much to Kyle's relief Sam and the girls rejoined the group, watching Eli, Liam and Kyle finish this round of the game.

"Sam, we were wondering if you have plans tonight, or if you and Bambi wanted to stay for dinner with the gang?" Melissa asked.

Sam was still internally laughing about how great the prank was going, but he can't let Kyle squirm for this long, can he? He figured that he should probably take Kyle home and let him relax after the day he put him through, but on the other hand, the three girls seemed pretty interested in him, and it was because of his "sister". He mused on the idea for a moment.

"Dinner? We probably should get back to Uncle Mark's, but..." Sam started.
