Who doesn’t want a present?

You wonder what type of present the game would have in store, and curiosity ends up winning out. You look at the sissy, saying “ok maid, so me what present you’ve gotten for me. If it’s good I may even reward you!” The sissy smiles widely, grabs your hand and leads the way. His silk glove feels soft in your hand as you are lead past the main foyer and dining room, both of which are quite lavish as befits your family’s wealth. The other maids flitter to and fro, doing their tasks, all of them being sissies that had been collected and broken by your family.

The manor is quite luxurious and opulent and you are led to an area which you or most of the family never sees. The servant’s quarters. Rough, dingy and cramped, at least compared to the mansion proper, there are several doors here for baths, a kitchen for the maids, and quarters as well as dressing rooms. There is a seperate suite for the head maid, referred to as the “Apex” by the other maids. You were being led to a particular set of quarters. When you finally make it to your supposed destination, you realize the error of your mistake.

There are a few maids there, not doing much of anything which makes you and as they are just lazing about but before you can say anything, two more come from the corners of the entrance you just came in and grab your arms and **** you forward. The maid that lead you into the trap joins them as they **** you to the head of a small bed frame and bend you over it, twisting your arms painfully as they quickly tie your hands forward and bind your ankles spread to the feet. “Ow! Release me!” You yell, only receiving cruel laughs from the surrounding group in response. The first maid sits on the bed between your painfully outstretched arms, lifting your chin until you meet his gaze “No, I don’t think we will. You see....”
