While she was showering

Being a high schooler is hard for most people, but specially so for Yukari, which in adition to having to deal with the usual teenage stuff, she also had do deal with represed sentiments due to her fathers death, the preasure of doing the best for her teammates at S.E.E.S, the weight on her shoulder to deal with the shadows, the constrains of the investigation of the Dark Hour, as well as the tiredness of having to explore dozens and dozens of floors at Tartarus. Not to mention, her relationship with certain blue haired boy, for which, she had mixed feeling about him.

With such stress piled on unto her, the best way Yukari knew to deal with that, was with a nice, long and warm shower, to get rid of the stress and get herself clean and presentable for whatever activity she had to deal with today.

And so, as Yukari arrived in the bathroom of the dorms, she took of her clothes, grabbed her favourite shampoo and stepped into the shower, opening the hot water faucet, and relaxing under the water.

Yet, for as much as Yukari would want to have a nice shower, destiny has said so that this won't be the case today, for she forgot to lock in the bathroom door, and she will soon learn the consequences of that.
