"Now the breasts were the easy part,
Just an injection of stem cells and with the hormone therapy your breasts will grow in over the next few week's or so. A bit longer if you want really big ones though."

"But doc I'm too big to ever pass as a woman. I'm 6 foot 4 and I have huge shoulders." you say. "Oh that's what the genetic mods are for. Your bone structure is shrinking as we speak. I set it up so you will be about 5 foot 6 by the time you are done. By the way you won't have any y chromosomes left in you by this point so you are actually a women doing a very good job of passing as a man. "

Doctor Ito finishes your examination and hands some vials to the man. "Could you take these to the lab please nurse."

As the nurse leaves you feel a sharp pain in your arm. You look back and see the doctor injecting you with something.
"What's that?" you ask. "A hair growth treatment." she replies. "you will have hair down to your ass by this time next week just like James wants."
