What is "Cooling-Off" anyway??

“So…” Nasha spoke after a brief silence, “How do we Cool-Off exactly?”

Lana whipped around to stare incredulously at the naïve cat, “What the hell!? You don’t even know HOW to Cool-Off??”

“Lana, don’t be so hard on her,” Sona walked behind Nasha and knelt down, putting her paws gently on her shoulders.

“But she doesn’t even know what it is!” Lana let go of Grey in her enthusiasm, much to his disappointment, “I’ll show you what it is!!” Lana flexed her fingers, and her dagger-like claws unsheathed fully. Grey was suddenly thankful she did let go of his balls…

“Lana! Calm down!” Sona pressed her palm against Lana’s chest to stop her from tackling poor Nasha, “Look at how you are making Nasha feel!” Grey and Lana looked at Nasha, who was looking down at the ground with shimmering eyes.

“Oh…” Lana mumbled.

“ ‘Oh’ is right Lana!” Sona pushed her back, and wrapped her arms protectively around Nasha’s front, “Stop making her feel stupid.”

Lana’s tail stopped twitching and dropped limply on the floor and her claws slowly retreated back into her fingers. She bent down and caught Nasha’s attention by gently lifting up her chin, “I’m sorry Nasha, I don’t know what came over me…”

“You are just too horny and can’t keep yourself under control…” Sona answered off-handedly.

“THANK you for explaining that, Sona,” Lana scowled at grinning Sona, then turned back to Nasha, “But, I was surprised that you didn’t know what it was… ‘Cause I can’t go on for a day without Cooling-Off at least once.”

Nasha perked up, “Is that why you got all hissy when I came into your tent that one time that you were-”

“Yea!” Lana stopped Nasha from going into the little dirty details, “That is Cooling-Off. Sona does it too, ya know,”

“Yes, Nasha, though I don’t try to lick myself as much as Lana does…” Nasha giggled with Sona, and Lana’s tail whipped back and forth sharply.

“Fine, whatever! But we can laugh later. Right now we are all getting Hot, me in particular, and we ALL need to Cool-Off! And since Nasha doesn’t know how to…” Lana leaned close to the other two, “We are gonna have to teach her how. Right Sona?”

Sona’s head rested on Nasha’s shoulder while her hands petted up and down her arms, “Yes, we have to…”

Nasha looked to smiling Sona, then to the fiery Lana, then down to immobile Grey. Grey was following their conversation closely, and was starting to understand what their ‘Cooling-Off’ was. He just hoped they would become ice cold by the time they came back to him.

“How are you going to teach me though?” Nasha asked. Sona and Lana looked to each other, then back to the eager Nasha.

“Oh, we have a few ways of doing that…” Sona replied with a low purr.
