Mitsuru of course strove to be the shining example for all the students, both in her professional and private life. She prided herself on preparing for every eventuality and leading with confidence even when something unforeseen happened. But of course she was far from omniscient, and she had her own flaws. Primary among them was a certain ignorance and naivete she possessed about what constituted "ordinary" when it came to an average student. She was painfully aware and embarrassed about this weakness and was trying to quietly educate herself on the finer points of "commoner" lifestyles and traditions in the same manner one might when visiting a foreign country. But the gulf in her knowledge was vast and occasionally she made assumptions about expected conduct that were...incorrect.
