Weiss has something to say

Do I really want to tell them right now? Weiss thought to herself. I mean, I only just had this realization a few minutes ago! Shouldn’t I take some time to…see if it’s real? What if I tell them, but then I find out later that I’m not?

Weiss quickly pushed those thoughts from her mind. If she couldn't be honest with people she considered her closest friends, then who could she be honest with?

“Hey, guys…?” Weiss asked, her voice not as confident as it normally is. “Can I talk to you for a moment?”

“Of course.” Ruby sat on the edge of her bed, briefly forgetting her nudity. “What’s up?”

“Did you actually forget something back there?” Yang laughed.

Weiss glared at her friend. "Yang, I'm serious."

"Ok, ok," Yang yielded, putting her hands up in a placating manner. "I'm sorry. What is it you want to say?"

Weiss looked around at everyone present. They've all turned to look at her, even Sun. She was the center of attention. She'd been like this in her musical performances many times in the past. But that was just a performance. Here, she was about to reveal something incredibly personal about herself.

"I...I think I'm bisexual," she said simply.

She waited for the barrage of questions. The teasing. The jabs.

But none of that came.

"Cool," Ruby said.

"...that's it?"

"What do you mean 'that's it'?" Yang asked

"Well...my father...he always told me that liking women was wrong, and-"

"Yep! There it is!" Yang stood and walked over to Weiss. "Look. I already told you that your dad doesn't have the final word on how you live your life. You're your own person!"

"But...you're all just...ok with me being bisexual?"

"I mean...I don't know about Blake, but Ruby and I are bi, ourselves. Hell, I've been in a threesome before. So we'd kind of be hypocrites for judging you for it."

"For the record," Blake spoke up. "I am bi, as well."

"There you go! You're among your people!" Yang smacked Weiss on the shoulder, then went over to her bag, looking for something to wear.

Sensing the conversation was done, Ruby stood and went into the bathroom, hoping to wash off the day in a nice, relaxing shower.

Weiss just stood there in disbelief. All of her teammates were bi, just like her. Who would've thought?
