Wedding Veil

Joan/John didn't know what to do, but was escorted by the cute employee to an area filled with veils and other wedding items.

"This should do," said Elaine, as she pulled out a long wedding veil.

Petra smiled, "They say the veil makes the entire ensemble complete."

John tried to stop Elaine from placing it on his head, but the small woman was too quick for him. The veil sat on his head and memories began to fade of his old life.

Instead she began to think of all the good memories. Of playing in the garden back home as a child. Making bouquets and pretending to be a princess marrying a powerful king. Her stance changed from that of uncertainty to that of pure devotion. She was excited for her new husband.

Elaine pulled Joan to a mirror. "How do you feel she asked?"

Joan touched her shoulder and grabbed her veil, "Like I am the most beautiful flower in the garden," she said in sultry tone.

"How do you feel of your new husband?" asked Petra, confirming her work.

"I want him to see me at my full bloom," smirked Joan
