Wake up worried and look for Emma

About an hour after falling asleep a cold breeze sweeps through the open window, you wake with a shiver and reach out for Emma. Your hand however finds only the soft linen and an unused pillow. A chasm begins to form in the pit of your stomach as you recall the evenings events. You stand up and stare into the mirror "Why the fuck did i say anything?!" Chiding yourself openly with hands gripping your hair.

Unable to handle the isolation any longer you decide to go find her, rushing from the bedroom you head downstairs and into the the living room, disappointed to find it empty you try the deck instead, but find no luck their either. As you begin to head upstairs, worried and dejected you hear a faint giggling coming from the downstairs bedroom. Needing something to take your mind off of the current situation you decide to sneak a peak. The door is ever so slightly cracked and allows you a glimpse inside.

Sitting on the bed in a skimpy silk nightgown is Lilly brushing her hair and talking to someone you cant see. "Holy shit, he actually came out and said that to you?" a second later a very familiar voice replies "Yup, just blurted it out, like has no shame. I mean don't get me wrong i'm glad he's honest but shit, I didn't know what to say". Well at least he'd found Emma. She was just out of sight telling her cousin all about his candid confession. Lilly spoke up again "Well I think you're very lucky to have someone who is so open. maybe you should let him off the hook?"
