Wake up in a soft bed

You open your eyes slowly. Looking around, you're in a warm, soft bed. You're so comfortable, but you're also not sure where you are. The earlier events come back to you. You remember the woman, Mary, how she smothered you until you passed out.
Suddenly, a door in the corner of the room swings open. In walks a woman. It's her, completely naked, her soft flabby body presented to you.
"Ah, finally awake. Good" she purrs as she saunters over to you. She grabs the bed covers and pulls them back. You look down and suddenly the severity of the situation dawns on you. You're naked, legs spread apart and ankles cuffed to the bedposts. You move to free yourself, but discover both your arms are cuffed to the headboard of the bed, leaving you nude and spread eagle, **** and unable to defend yourself.
"I told you didn't I? You belong to me now" Mary says as she clambers onto the bed "Better get used to serving me, you're going to be doing it for a long time".
With that she plants her ass on your face, condemning you to your fate as her ****.
